Terms of Service

1. What Gluno is — and isn't

Gluno is an information and connection service. It helps you find programs, funding, events, advisors, tools, and other people in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Gluno does not provide business, legal, financial, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Nothing on Gluno — including answers from Ask Gluno — is a recommendation to take or not take any business action. Decisions about your business are yours; talk to a qualified professional before making them.

2. Third-party resources

The resources listed on Gluno are run by other organizations. We collect and describe them; we don't operate them. We work to keep listings accurate and current and show a "Verified" date on each, but we don't guarantee that any resource is accurate, available, still active, or that you qualify for it. Eligibility, terms, and outcomes are determined by the organization offering the resource, not by Gluno. We aren't responsible for what happens when you apply to, attend, use, or rely on a third-party resource.

3. Ask Gluno and AI-generated content

Ask Gluno uses artificial intelligence to interpret your question and match it to resources in our database. AI can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Reason lines and suggestions are generated automatically and aren't reviewed by a person before you see them. Check anything important against the original source before acting on it.

4. Collaborate

Collaborate lets members post what they're looking for and connect with each other. When you tap Connect, you agree to share your name, business name, and email with the poster, and they share theirs with you. Gluno is not a party to anything that follows — conversations, agreements, partnerships, transactions, or disputes are between you and the other member. We don't vet members beyond account verification, don't guarantee anyone's identity or intentions, and aren't responsible for their conduct. Use judgment as you would with any introduction. You can report a post or connection, and block a member from connecting with you again; blocking doesn't recall contact information already shared.

5. Growth Services

Growth Services lets you ask Q Foam about services it offers. Submitting a form is an inquiry, not a contract. Any engagement, scope, price, and terms are agreed separately and in writing with Q Foam. Q Foam may decline any inquiry.

6. Your account

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. One account per person. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account.

Student status (free Navigate) requires a school-issued .edu email. Claiming student status you don't have may result in account termination.

You can delete your account at any time in Profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse other members, or misuse the service.

7. Your content

Content you submit — collaboration posts, resource and event submissions, flags, questions, profile information — stays yours. You give Gluno a license to display, store, and use it to run and improve the service, including to improve recommendations. You agree not to post anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing, infringing, or spam, and not to submit resources you know to be false. We review submissions before they go live and may edit, decline, or remove any content at our discretion. Reports from other members may result in removal or suspension.

8. Subscriptions and payment

Explore is free. Navigate is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe at the price shown when you upgrade; that price is based on the role on your profile at that moment and stays fixed for your subscription.

Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time in Profile → Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period, then your account returns to Explore. Nothing is deleted on downgrade; saves beyond the free limit are locked, and live collaboration posts are paused.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If a payment fails, we'll retry for 7 days and notify you; after that your account returns to Explore.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

9. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, copy, or redistribute the Gluno database; don't use automated tools to access the service except through means we provide; don't interfere with the service or other members' use of it; don't use Gluno to send unsolicited marketing.

10. Intellectual property

Gluno, its name, design, software, and the compiled database are owned by Gluno, Inc. Individual resource descriptions may summarize publicly available information from the organizations listed; those organizations own their own names and materials.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Gluno is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gluno, Inc. and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of Gluno, any resource, any collaboration, or any AI-generated content — even if we were advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Gluno in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold Gluno harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your dealings with other members or third-party organizations.

13. Changes, governing law, contact

We may update these terms; we'll post the new version and update the effective date, and for material changes we'll notify you in the app or by email. Continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio; disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Ohio.
